R-A110322-04 Reminder - Flight LPL0423, the second Test Flight of 2023, will be reserved ONLY for existing REPs to test with Lubbock Power & Light for the transition to retail competition. Retail Market Qualification Testing (Flight LPL0423) begins March 14, 2023, with a registration deadline of March 8, 2023.
