LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has issued the Black Start Services Request for Proposal (RFP) for the contract period of January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2013. Responses to this RFP are due June 1, 2011. An addendum will be issued on April 22, 2011, to provide additional details on performance requirements.
