DAYS AFFECTED: ERS Resource Identification information is due no later than September 4, 2012; Competitive Offers and Self-Provision Offers are due September 12, 2012
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the 10-Minute Emergency Response Service (ERS) Standard Contract Term of October 1, 2012, through January 31, 2013. ERS Resource Identification information is due to ERCOT no later than September 4, 2012. Competitive Offers and Self-Provision Offers are due September 12, 2012.
All documents associated with the procurement of ERS are available on the ERCOT website. These documents include:
* ERS Request For Proposal
* 12.3 ERS Submission Form
* ERS Technical Requirements and Scope of Work
* Procurement Schedule
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The documents listed above, as well as additional information and associated forms, will be posted under "Upcoming Contract Term" and "ERS Forms & Supporting Documents" on the ERCOT ERS webpage at http://www.ercot.com/services/programs/load/eils/index.html.
Awarded offers will be communicated to Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) by 17:00 CPT on September 24, 2012. ERS Supporting Information on these awards will then be posted to the Market Information System (MIS), at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Services/Home, prior to the start of the Standard Contract Term.
