SHORT DESCRIPTION:  RFP for Black Start Services for 2014 through 2015

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All potential Black Start Service bidders

DAY AFFECTED:  Bids due June 1, 2013

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has issued the Black Start Services Request for Proposal (RFP) for the contract period of January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2015. Responses to this RFP are due June 1, 2013.
