NOTICE TYPE:  W-A011309-02 Operations - RMR
SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Final determination of RMR status
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  May 6, 2009
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT System Planning analysis determined that the SR Bertron GT1 unit is not needed for RMR Service. Therefore, ERCOT will not pursue RMR agreements with this unit for 2009.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Initial and final determinations will be posted at the following link:  https://tmlretail.ercot.com/ercot/Participants/PublicMarketInfo/RMR.htm.  An ERCOT digital certificate is required to access this site.
