SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Initial and Final determination of RMR status for NRG Texas Power LLC, S.R. Bertron Unit 2
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  June 10, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:  NRG Texas Power LLC submitted a Notice of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for S.R. Bertron Unit 2 on May 17, 2010. ERCOT has completed its preliminary review and is issuing its initial determination that this Resource is not required to support ERCOT System reliability. Pursuant to Section 6.5.9.1(6), this Notice will also serve as the final determination, and the Resource may cease or suspend operations according to the schedule in its NSO.
