LONG DESCRIPTION:  ***This Market Notice relates to the first production monthly PCRR allocation*** ERCOT will be accepting Pre-Assigned Congestion Revenue Right (PCRR) nominations from Non-Opt-In Entities (NOIEs) for the December 2010 Monthly Allocation from 00:00:01 CPT on October 14, 2010, until 17:00:00 CPT on October 19, 2010.
Pursuant to Nodal Protocols Section 7.4.2(c)(i), ERCOT shall allocate PCRRs to NOIEs for the 2010 December Monthly CRR Allocation on October 26, 2010.
