SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT refund to TCR/PCR owners the annual TCR/PCR auction revenues and monthly TCR auction revenues
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT TCR Account Holders
DAY AFFECTED:  December 29, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:  In accordance with the ERCOT Zonal Protocols, Section 7.5.10, Transition of Transmission Congestion Rights to Congestion Revenue Rights, ERCOT refunded the Annual 2010 Transmission Congestion Right and Pre-assigned Congestion Right (TCR/PCR) auction revenues, as well as the December 2010 monthly TCR auction revenues.
The refund was calculated by taking 100 percent of the December 2010 monthly TCR auction revenues, 7.63623 percent (December percentage allocation, Section 7.5.4, Allocation Method and Timing for Distributing TCR Auction Revenues) of the annual TCR Auction Revenue for 2010 and 7.63623 percent (December percentage allocation, Section 7.5.4) of the annual PCR Auction Revenue for 2010.
