SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Eskota Switching Station SPS Proposal
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  Proposed in-service March 2, 2009
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has completed its review of the Type-1 SPS at Eskota Switch proposed by Oncor Electric Delivery.  At this time, the ERCOT is rejecting this SPS proposal as ERCOT studies concluded that the SPS design was insufficient to relieve all post-contingency overloads.
