SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Maximum Number of CRR Transactions Exceeded for Balance of Year Auction
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders
DAY AFFECTED:  May 26 - 27, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The total number of bids submitted for the 2011 BOY Auction exceeded 200,000, requiring a second round of bid submission (Per Protocol Section 7.5.2 (3)(c)).  Account Holders exceeding 1207 allowable bids/offers in total will have all of their bids/offers removed and will be required to resubmit new bids/offers.  The second round bid window will open at 18:00 CPT, on May 26, 2011 and will close at 17:00 CPT on May 27, 2011.

ACTION REQUIRED: Account Holders exceeding 1207 allowable bids/offers in total will have all of their bids/offers removed and will be required to resubmit new bids/offers.  The second round bid window will open at 18:00 CPT, on May 26, 2011 and will close at 17:00 CPT on May 27, 2011.
