SHORT DESCRIPTION:  2009 Annual TCR Auction Notice - Correction to TCR
Quality (S-N)

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  TCR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED:  December 2 - 4, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  An updated 2009 Annual TCR Auction Notice is attached
with corrections to the number of PCRs allocated to the South to North
CSC due to a violation of the 25% ownership limit.
