SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Initial and Final determination of RMR status for North Texas Units 1, 2 and 3 - Brazos Electric Cooperative

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  March 29, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Brazos Electric Cooperative submitted a Notice of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for North Texas Units 1, 2 and 3 on March 8, 2010. ERCOT has completed its preliminary review and is issuing its initial determination that these Resources are not required to support ERCOT System reliability. Pursuant to Section 6.5.9.1(6), this Notice will also serve as the final determination, and the Resources may cease or suspend operations according to the schedule provided in its NSO.
