DAY AFFECTED:  January 23, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Annual Path Specific Adders report (NP7-536-SG) for the 2015.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq4 Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction, posted on January 23, 2014, contains no records. The adders are only calculated for Obligation bids; thus, this posting is correct, because there are no Obligations in the existing CRR inventory for this auction. This may also occur for future reports posted for any CRR First Offering.
