DAY AFFECTED:  March 31, 2011, 16:00 - 17:00 CDT
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) system will undergo a maintenance outage from 16:00 until 17:00 CDT on March 31, 2011, for database patching.
