LONG DESCRIPTION:  An updated Network Model file has been uploaded to the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) for the July 2011 Monthly CRR Auction to add two line outages for the Bell County cut-in. The file is also available via the Downloads page in the CRR application. A difference file is included on the MIS site to highlight the changes.
The following lines were changed from "in service" to "out of service":

*         3413 TEMPSSLT__5 13429 SAND_TXU_5 2

*         3414 TEMP_SS_5 13429 SAND_TXU_5 1.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The Monthly Auction Notice folder and the updated model information are located on the CRR MIS site at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Market+Information/CRR and on the CRR webpage of ERCOT.com at http://www.ercot.com/mktinfo/crr/.
