SHORT DESCRIPTION:  UPDATE - Balance of Year Auction Model and PCRR Allocations delayed
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders
DAY AFFECTED:  May 9, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is on track to allocate the Pre-allocated Congestion Revenue Rights (PCRRs) for the Balance of Year and to post the Balance of Year network model by Monday, May 9, 2011, with a chance of posting earlier.
While we cannot publish a new Balance of Year schedule until the PCRR allocations and the network model are posted, the guidelines for the Balance of Year Auction are that it will begin (the bid window will open) 10 business days after the postings are completed.
A follow-up Notice will be sent when the network model and the PCRR allocation results are posted.
