SHORT DESCRIPTION:  June 2010 TCR Auction Notice - Delayed
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  TCR Account Holders
DAY AFFECTED:  April 23, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The June 2010 TCR Auction Notice, due to be sent out April 23, 2010, is delayed, because ERCOT experienced technical issues in calculating the TCR quantities for the June auction. The Notice will be provided on Friday, April 30, 2010. With this change, the June TCR Auction will take place Monday, May 10 - Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Auction results will be posted by Saturday, May 15, 2010. ERCOT will still comply with Protocol Sections 7.5.3.1 and 7.5.3.2.1 requirements that the auction be completed no later than the 15th day of the month prior to the month that the TCRs are effective and with the 10-day Notice requirement. ERCOT will update the TCR calendar to reflect these changes.
