DAY AFFECTED:  June 12, 2009
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has updated the West to North Stability Limits and will be posting this information at http://www.ercot.com/gridinfo/congestion/.  These new limits will be used by ERCOT System Operations as of June 12, 2009.
