SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update to the CRR Network Model for the 2017.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq1 CRR Auction

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has posted an updated Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Network Model for the 2017.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq1 CRR Auction. This update was made to reflect a change to the POMELO Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC) due to upcoming network changes.
The specific change made to the Auction Model is as follows:

*         The Non-Thermal Constraints files for each month were updated to decrease the POMELO GTC limit from 99999 MW to 160 MW.
The updated model is available through the CRR application and on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.
