SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Extension of the PCRR Nomination Window for the December 2010 PCRR Allocation
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders
DAYS AFFECTED:  October 21, 2010, 09:00 - 17:00 CPT
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will extend the Pre-Assigned Congestion Revenue Right (PCRR) nomination window for the December 2010 PCRR allocation from 09:00 CPT until 17:00 CPT on Thursday, October 21, 2010.
