NOTICE TYPE:  R-A091911-01 OUTAGE – Retail – Find ESI ID/Find Transactions
SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the Settlements and Billing database on September 20, 2011, from 09:30 through 10:00.
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  September 20, 2011, from 09:30 through 10:00
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the Settlements and Billing database on Tuesday, September 20, 2011, from 09:30 through 10:00.
A notice sent at 12:50 on Monday, September 19, 2011 erroneously stated a current unplanned outage. There is no current unplanned outage of the Settlements and Billing database.
The planned outage scheduled for Tuesday, September 20, 2011 is being taken for the application of a database patch.  During this outage, the Find ESI ID and Find Transaction components of the TML and Commercial API will be unavailable.
