SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Two IDR 867_03 Activity Reports posted for affected Market Participants.
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  March 25, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  On March 25, 2014, 855 IDR transactions that had previously processed into Lodestar were inadvertently re-submitted by ERCOT as part of a special ad hoc loading attempt.
The second loading attempt resulted in no changes to ERCOT systems.  Of the 855 transactions attempted, 853 transactions failed to load due to data already existing for the timeframe submitted (05 Overlap) and 2 failed to cancel any data because that data no longer existed (07 Cancel does not match an existing read).
The net result of the activity was that nothing from the first loading attempt was 'undone'.  The second IDR 867_03 activity report posted for today will contain the same transactions from this morning's loading attempt.  The results of the first report should be used to determine loading status.
