SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The 867_03 Activity Reports for March 10, 2008
through March 12, 2008 have been processed and posted.  

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  March 10, 2008 through March 12, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The permissions issue between the Settlements and
Billing Database and the Electronic Data Interchange component has been
resolved.  All of the 867_03 Activity Reports for March 10, 2008 through
March 12, 2008 have posted.  This will be the final notice for this
issue.

NOTICE TYPE:  R-A031208-01 Extracts - Retail

CLASSIFICATION: Public

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The creation and posting of 867_03 Activity Reports
for March 10, 2008 through March 12, 2008 did not contain all
transactions in one file.  Multiple files have been created.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  March 10, 2008 through March 12, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to a permissions issue between the Settlements
and Billing Database and an Electronic Data Interchange component used
in 867 data loading, some 867 usage files were not picked up via the
automated process.  Manual execution of the usage loading jobs was
required to complete all 867 usage processing.  This resulted in
multiple 867_03 Activity Reports being created for Market Participants.

Some of the postings of these additional reports did not occur at the
typical posting times.  The permissions issue affected usage loading for
Monday, March 10, 2008 through Wednesday, March 12, 2008.  The issue has
been addressed and manual efforts to correct the issue are currently
ongoing.   The following chart provides additional details about each
report provided to Market Participants and what each report contains.
