SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT's Retail Find Transaction (historical data request), TML extract scheduler, MIS extract subscriber, Market Data Transparency ESI ID web services, and Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) functionality experienced an outage on September 26, 2011 from 05:10 to 06:25.

DAY AFFECTED: September 26, 2011 from 05:10 to 06:25
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT's Retail Find Transaction (historical data request), TML extract scheduler, MIS extract subscriber, market data transparency ESI ID web services, and Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) functionality experienced an outage on September 26, 2011 from 05:10 to 06:25.
The issue was caused by a hardware failure and replacement of the failed equipment is being planned.
ADDITONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT's outage has resolved the issue. Retail Find Transaction (historical data request), TML extract scheduler, MIS extract subscriber, and Market Data Transparency ESI ID web services are now functioning properly.
