SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an outage of the MarkeTrak and
Texas Market Link applications  

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants  

DAY AFFECTED:  Approximately 6:55 AM until 8:50 AM Tuesday, November 25,
2008.  

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT's MarkeTrak and Texas Market Link applications
were unavailable from 6:55 AM until 8:50 AM Tuesday, November 25, 2008.

The MarkeTrak and Texas Market Link applications are now available.

ERCOT is currently researching the root cause of this issue and will
provide details when they become available.
