SHORT DESCRIPTION:  MIS GetReports outage
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  June 28, 2011, 08:40 - 09:59 CDT
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an outage of the Market Information System (MIS) GetReports service from 08:40 until 09:59 CDT on June 28, 2011, due to a server memory issue. This outage prevented access to public extracts and reports on ERCOT.com. A configuration change was made to resolve the issue.
Although access was not available through ERCOT.com during the outage, public extracts and reports were still available through the MIS.
