SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an issue with the Customer
Registration Database on October 29, 2008.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED: Wednesday October 29, 2008
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an issue with the Customer
Registration Database on October 29, 2008 which caused a delay in the
processing of a number of inbound transactions. ERCOT has resolved the
issue and transaction processing has returned to normal.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A list of the affected transactions will be
provided to the impacted Market Participants by end of day on October
30, 2008.
