LONG DESCRIPTION:  Corrections for the ESIIDUSAGE records affected by the issue reported in Market Notice R-A102517-01 General have begun.  A total of 8.8 million records were affected.  The correction will update the ADDTIME field to match the date the record was loaded into ERCOT's ESIIDUSAGE table.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ESIIDUSAGE table addtime discrepancy
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: September 23, 2017 to current
LONG DESCRIPTION:  On September 22, 2017 changes to ERCOT's Settlement System were implemented which inadvertently affected the population of the addtime field of the ESIIDUSAGE table.  Any records added to this table from September 22, 2017 and after have an addtime of 9/22/2017.
ERCOT is currently working to correct the issue going forward and will also be addressing corrections to affected records.  The corrections will result in a higher than normal amount of updates to the ESIIDUSAGE table via the ESIID Service History and Usage extract (ZP12-245) and the following Web Services:

*         Provide Non-IDR transaction data for ESIIDs I own (COMS-449)

*         Provide all extract records for ESIID Service History and Usage (COMS-438)
