SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Capacity Factors by Resource Report data presentation in VALUE column is changing
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  December 20, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Currently, the Capacity Factors by Resource Report VALUE column contains data in a decimal format. The posting on Monday, December 20, 2010, and all postings going forward, will include the VALUE column as the decimal value X 100 to present a percent value rounded to five significant digits to the right of the decimal.
