SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Supplemental 60 Day DAM Disclosure Reports
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  October 31, 2012 - August 4, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  As reported during report review discussions at various meetings of the MIS Users Group (MISUG) in 2014, it was discovered that two files (listed below) in the 60 Day DAM Disclosure reports utilized system logic that was not properly limited to Ancillary Service offers submitted in the Day-Ahead Market (DAM), but instead considered some offers submitted after the close of the DAM.  ERCOT corrected the logic used for report generation for reports posted for Operating Days June 6, 2014 forward. However, some of the reports posted to the Market Information System (MIS) from October 31, 2012 to August 4, 2014 incorrectly reported Ancillary Service offers that had been updated after the DAM instead of the offers used in the DAM. ERCOT will rerun and repost the affected dates for the files below and send a follow up communication detailing supplemental file names, dates and posting locations once the reports are available.
