DAY AFFECTED:  November 25, 2008 from 6:45 AM to present        

DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT's MarkeTrak and Texas Market Link application are
currently unavailable.  

ERCOT is working on resolving this issue and will provide additional
information as it becomes available.
