SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The SCR 727 ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract
was posted with an incorrect counter number.  

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs  

DAY AFFECTED:  November 13, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The SCR 727 ESI ID Extract counter was incorrectly
advanced by two between the November 12, 2008 and November 13, 2008
posting dates.  The November 13, 2008 posting will have a count file
with a counter that is incremented by two instead of one.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  There is no data missing in the daily extract
and the postings are in the correct order.  No action is required of
Market Participants.
