SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Unplanned MIS outage
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  June 10, 2016
LONG DESCRIPTION:  On June 10, 2016, ERCOT experienced issues within the Market Information System (MIS) that degraded and prevented retrieval of reports from MIS between 4:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  The issues have been resolved.
Root cause is under investigation.
