SHORT DESCRIPTION:  REMINDER - Information for downloading zonal resettlement data
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  LSEs and QSEs
DAYS AFFECTED:  Any resettled zonal Operating Days
LONG DESCRIPTION:  With the decommission of the Texas Market Link (TML) and Commercial API download reports functionality in December 2011, Market Participants will need to update their downloading processes for retrieving data from ERCOT regarding resettlement of zonal Operating Days.
In order to download the zonal data from ERCOT, users may utilize either the Market Information System (MIS) or External Web Services (EWS) GetReport functionality.
On the MIS, the users will need to go to the Reports/Reports and Extracts Index and locate the appropriate extracts and reports in the list to download manually.
When using EWS GetReport, users will need to use the report id to download the reports from ERCOT. Please refer to the ERCOT Market Information List for report id information at http://www.ercot.com/services/mdt/.
Additionally, zonal statements and invoices will be viewable through the MIS.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  ERCOT will begin performing resettlement of zonal Operating Days this week. All zonal resettlements will be communicated via market notices.
