SHORT DESCRIPTION: Unplanned MPIM outage
INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: April 8, 2013
LONG DESCRIPTION: The Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) system experienced an outage beginning around midnight and ending at approximately 10:45 AM today. Market Participant User Security Administrators (USAs) were unable to issue, renew or revoke certificates. The issue has been resolved and MPIM is fully functional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Details will be provided on the monthly IT Incident Summary Report.
