posted on Friday, July 18, 2008.

DAY AFFECTED: July 18, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Backcasted Profiles Extract for Operating Day
July 16, 2008, which should have posted on July 17, 2008, posted at
approximately 11:35 AM on July 18, 2008.  ERCOT determined the root
cause to be a database component that encountered an exception which
caused the Backcasted Profiles Extract to not post.
