DAY AFFECTED: April 22, 2008 from 6:55 AM to 7:25 AM
LONG DESCRIPTION: Today, April 22, 2008 from 6:55 AM to 7:25 AM,
ERCOT's Texas Market Link (TML) applications were intermittently
unavailable. The following functionalities were impacted:
* Find ESIID
* Find Transactions
* Report Explorer
* Outage Scheduler
* MOSTML
* Eservice
* MarkeTrak
* MPIM
* Pi Report Download
This issue was caused by an unresponsive server. The server was
restarted and the impacted functionalities have been restored.
