SHORT DESCRIPTION: Final: Some extracts delayed due to system outage

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants 

DAY AFFECTED:  August 8-21, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:   Due to a data corruption issue which began on August
8, 2008, ERCOT removed the affected database from service and repaired
the data corruption. ERCOT has processed all data and all affected
extracts are current and have been posted.
