INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE Financial Personnel

DAY AFFECTED: July 11, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Settlement Input Data (SID) and the Market Shadow
Prices (SHP) due to be posted on Friday, July 11, 2008 were posted later
than expected due to a delay in batch processing.  The extracts were
posted on Saturday, July 12, 2008 without gaps in the data.  No other
extracts were affected.
