SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Issue with Non-Binding Base Points and Locational Marginal Prices
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  June 22, 2016 to current
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has detected an issue with the software used to calculate projected non-binding Base Points and Locational Marginal Prices (LMPs).  Look Ahead SCED (LASCED) first failed on June 22, 2016 at 20:50 and has operated intermittently since then; therefore, the following LASCED related reports and dashboard on the Market Information page on ERCOT.com may not have posted or may not have Real-Time Dispatch (RTD) data for any failed LASCED executions in this period through the current time:

*         NP6-971-CD        RTD Indicative Base Points by Resources

*         NP6-970-CD        RTD Indicative LMPs by Resource Nodes, Load Zones and Hubs

*         NP6-325-CD        RTD Indicative ORDC and Reliability Deployment Price Adders and Reserves

*         Real-Time Dispatch Indicative LMPs by Load Zones or Hubs Display<http://www.ercot.com/content/cdr/html/rtd_ind_lmp_lz_hb.html>  on ERCOT.com
The reports have retry functionality; however, this capability works only when source systems are providing data.
ERCOT is investigating the root cause and will provide an update when the issue is resolved.
