SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an EWS Degradation on May 30, 2011 from 14:15 through 15:12.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: May 30, 2011 from 14:15 through 15:12
LONG DESCRIPTION: As a result of a hardware failure, EWS Market Services experienced a degradation of service on May 30, 2011 from 14:15 through 15:12. During this time, Market Participants were potentially unable to successfully query the EWS Market Services.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The root cause of this issue was due to a hardware failure which has since been resolved
