NOTICE DATE:  September 23, 2010
SHORT DESCRIPTION:  REMINDER - MIS UI and EWS Get Report function maintenance outage scheduled for October 3 - 11, 2010, for cutover activities
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Nodal Accountable Executives, Nodal Transition Project Managers, Market Trial Contacts, Extract and Report Users
DAYS AFFECTED:  October 3 - 11, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be performing cutover maintenance to the Market Information System (MIS) User Interface (UI) and External Web Services (EWS) Get Report function starting on Sunday, October 3, 2010, at 06:00 CDT. This maintenance will continue through Monday, October 11, 2010, at 23:59 CDT.
During this time, Market Participants will be unable to access the MIS UI for using applications and downloading extracts and reports. To continue to access applications during this time, please refer to the list of URLs below.
URLs to be used during MIS UI cutover activities:

Also during this maintenance period, Market Participants will be unable to access the EWS Get Report function for downloading extracts and reports.
As of October 3, 2010, Market Participants will no longer be able to access and download data from the Market Trials activities that have taken place from January 2010 - September 2010.
At the completion of these cutover activities, Market Participants will be able to access production go-live data in extracts and reports using MIS UI and EWS Get Report function.
A subsequent Notice will be sent if the maintenance period for this outage, for unforeseen reasons, exceeds the communicated end time.
