SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Delay in posting the Forecast_Data_Initial extract
as a result of a corrupt database

DAY AFFECTED:  August 5, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:   Due to a data corruption, ERCOT has not posted the
Forecast_Data_Initial.  ERCOT is currently researching the issue and
will provide additional information as it becomes available.
