SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Some Extracts were affected as a result of a
database failover.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs 

DAY AFFECTED:  April 21 through April 25, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to a database emergency failover on April 21,
2008 some Extracts were posted with missing data.  ERCOT has determined
that extracts from April 22, 2008 to present were affected by an
out-of-synch data condition and had to be removed. At this time ERCOT is
holding the current posting of these extracts and is working to correct
the situation and repost the affected extracts. The following extracts
are affected:
