28, 2008 were missing public data.

DAY AFFECTED:  March 28, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Settlements and Billing Extracts posted March 28,
2008 were missing public data.  This issue was caused by multiple report
generations running concurrently.  The Operating Days affected are March
16, 2008, January 27, 2008, and September 26, 2007. Settlements and
Billing extracts posted on March 28, 2008 have been removed from TML
Report Explorer.  The corrected extracts have been posted to TML.
