SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update: Some extracts delayed due to system outage

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants 

DAY AFFECTED:  August 8, 2008 to current

LONG DESCRIPTION:   Due to a data corruption issue which began on August
8, 2008, ERCOT removed the affected database from service and repaired
the data corruption. ERCOT continues to make progress catching up on
processing data.  Below is a list of the affected extracts and the
current status:

end range creating an incomplete data set. This extract has been
