SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Market Information Extracts were impacted as a
result of an ERCOT database failover.  The impacted Extracts have been
removed.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs 

DAY AFFECTED:  April 21, 2008 and April 23, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to a database emergency failover on April 21,
2008 some Extracts were posted with missing data.  ERCOT has removed
these Extracts and will provide an update when the corrected Extracts
are posted.
