LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to an incorrect Reliability Must Run (RMR) flag set in the Network Operation Model database load on July 23, 2013, the following report posted in error. The flag has been corrected in the database and the reports have been removed from the Market Information Market Information System (MIS).
