SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update: Some extracts delayed due to system outage
INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: August 8, 2008 to current
LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to a data corruption issue which began on August
8, 2008, ERCOT removed the affected database from service in order to
recover and repair the data corruption. ERCOT has repaired the data
corruption and has begun loading the delayed data. Extracts are being
produced as data is available. ERCOT is not aware of any extract being
posted with corrupt data. Below is a list of the affected extracts and
the current status:

ERCOT staff is working to catch up to current processing and restore the
extracts to normal timelines as soon as possible. At the current rate of
processing, ERCOT anticipates being back on a normal schedule with all
the affected extracts by Friday, August 15, 2008.
