SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Changes to Actual and Forecasted Regional Wind Production Report
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is revising the aggregation methodology used to develop the Actual and Forecasted Regional Wind Production Report (NP4-732-CD) currently posted to the Market Information System (MIS) Secure access area on the Day-Ahead, Real-Time and Transmission pages.
ERCOT has identified a defect with this report due to the current aggregation which is based on the 2010 Congestion Management Zones rather than the 2003 Congestion Management Zones. In the revised report, data will be aggregated into two regions:  West-North and South-Houston. This revision is being made in order to protect Wind Generation Resource (WGR) data that is considered confidential per Protocol Section 1.3.1.1.
